Sam Assistant Business Manager
Sam joined the Team in January 2022 to work alongside Kerry. Sam's main role is project management, dealing direct with customers and suppliers.
James Site Manager
James has worked in the building industry for over 25 years and joined the Change IT Team in 2016.
Andy Site Manager
Andy joined the Change IT team in 2024. He started out with an apprenticeship in carpentry and joinery, worked for a local builder, and later ran his own narrowboat business and building company, bringing a wealth of hands-on experience to our team.
Tracy Office Administrator
Tracy joined the office team in 2023 bringing with her administration experience from the public & private sector.
Becci Office Administrator Becci first joined Change IT in 2021 after a career as a manager in the NHS. She worked with the team until 2023, took a short break, and happily re-joined the office team in 2024.
Phil Carpenter
Phil worked for Taylor Wimpey and completed his Carpentry apprenticeship with them in 2007. He joined the Change IT team in 2020.
Paul Multi-skilled Tradesman
Paul joined Change IT in 2022 and does a variety of work but his main speciality is painting.
Simon Multi-skilled Tradesman
Simon has been in the trade for 37 years. He has extensive experience of stone masonry and managing general building projects and joined the Change IT team in 2023.
Kevin Multi-skilled Tradesman Kevin joined Change IT in 2023 after running his own susccessful building business for several years.
Steven General Builder & Bricklayer
Steven joined Change IT in 2023. As a general builder and bricklayer, he brings years of experience in brickwork and landscaping, helping the team on projects with skill and precision.
Matthew Plumber Matt joined the Change IT team in 2024, bringing with him several years of plumbing experience. Before becoming a plumber, he worked as a warehouse manager and also spent time teaching in Vietnam.
Nathan Carpenter Nathan joined the Change IT team in 2025.
Jack Bricklayer
Jack joined the Change IT team in 2021. He has experience in constructing, repairing, and restoring walls and structures, ensuring high standards of workmanship on every project.
Luke Multi-Skilled Apprentice
Luke joined the Change IT team in 2024. As an apprentice he works alongside our trades team training to develop a broad range of skills across different areas of the building trade.
Tom Multi-Skilled Apprentice
Tom joined the Change IT team in 2024. As an apprentice he works alongside our trades team training to develop a broad range of skills across different areas of the building trade.
Ben Labourer Ben joined the Change IT team in 2024. As a labourer he supports our trades team and site managers by carrying out a wide range of general tasks on our sites.
