A huge loft conversion in Kenilworth, Warwickshire.
This is the largest loft conversion the Change It team have completed to date. This has added an impressive one hundred and twenty square metres to this home.
The team have built this loft conversion with such precision, care and quality workmanship that it truly looks and feels like it's always been there. It boasts a TV/gaming room, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a big landing.
The spacious second floor landing leads you to the bespoke made new staircase that takes you up to the third floor. The landing area is bright, airy and inviting.
The main double bedroom is very generous in size with a large dormer. It has its own fitted mirrored wardrobes in-between the bedroom and en-suite bathroom. This is a great use of the space.
The other two bedrooms are equally light, airy and spacious with Velux windows and another dormer. These bedrooms share a 'Jack & Jill' bathroom which has a gorgeous, large walk-in shower.
The family wanted a TV/gaming room too so we created this space for them as requested.
The carpets, staircase, bathrooms, fixtures and tiles all match the existing rooms in the house. All internal doors were replaced too as per fire regulations.
